The apartment can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms – all air-conditioned, 2 bathrooms, a large lounge, and an open-plan kitchen.
Important Information
Unit 1 is pet friendly. Only for small dogs max 2. If there are any signs (smell of urine etc) when the cleaners come in, your deposit will be forfeited.
We will require a refundable Key/Breakage deposit which is due 5 days before check-in. This covers incidences such as not returning the key, breakages, smoking inside the unit. If all is in order when you leave, it is fully refundable 7 days after your departure.
We also advise that if you book both the units or another unit in the complex that when you leave you need to sort out the cutlery, plates etc. What is there when you arrive must be there when you leave.
